Signed official Protocol with the ENCORE organization

In the last days in Holland, the Cittaslow International Vicepresident, Arnoud Rodenburg, on behalf of the President, Gian Luca Marconi, has signed an official Protocol with the ENCORE organization, thanking to the good job of the Polish Cittaslow Network
