Cittaslow Cyprus Network members will organize a day to introduce local cultural dairy milk products.

During the day, Local producers will sell their products such as,

• Tarhana
• Hallumi
• Talar cheese
• Nor Cheese
• Rice pudding
• Yogurt
• Local bread

A workshop will take place to show how you can do hallumi at home? And also what is the importance of dairy milk products in our life? Why we need to protect our cultural products in our cities?
