15th Anniversary of the Polish Cittaslow Network

Dear Mayors,

in the name of our President, Mauro Migliorini and in accord with Jacek Kostka, National Coordinator of the Polish Cittaslow Network

we cordially invite you to participate in the meeting of the INTERNATIONAL COORDINATING COMMITTEE on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at 9.30 in Lubawa (Poland).

This event will be combined with the 15th Anniversary of the Polish Cittaslow Network.

The meeting will be organized in a hybrid formula: stationary and via direct on-line transmission. Further settlements in this matter depend on the pandemic situation in Poland.

The agenda is under preparation, therefore, please send suggestions for topics to be discussed by ...... February 2022.

A special online folder will be available to everyone, in which we will provide all the necessary documents.

We would like to emphasized that the Coordinating Committee meeting will be preceded by events related to the 15th Anniversary of the Polish Cittaslow Network, on March 25 (Friday). A detailed agenda of these events is attached. Polish Network will be happy to host you from March 24. Therefore, please consider the possibility of coming to Poland one day in advance. The organizers of the Anniversary declare to cover most of the costs of your stay, including accommodation, meals and transport from/to airports.

Participation fee - 100 Euro.

We suggest choosing the following airports:

Olsztyn-Mazury in Szymany, Chopin Warsaw, Warsaw Modlin or Lech Wałęsa Airport Gdańsk-Rębiechowo.

For organizational reasons, please confirm your arrival by February 28.
